Peter H. Foley

Has over thirty years of Financial Services experience with a major focus on the Property & Casualty Insurance and Reinsurance sector of the industry.  Ten years spent working in London, England with the responsibility for the rehabilitation of the international operations of two different financial services groups.  Strong focus has been in the financial and business-building segments through profitable bottom line results while generating new opportunities for the respective businesses.  

From 2001 through 2007 CEO and founder of a Specialty Insurance Group made up of two insurance carriers and a managing underwriter.  As a complementary business strategy, developed an alternative risk division.        

Experience includes working on two significant business turnarounds; a number of successful Merger & Acquisition projects; several start-up companies; and direct involvement in raising capital in both the private and public sectors. 

George Voigt

Has over 14 years of Financial Services experience with a major focus on Real Estate Lending and Real Estate Development. The past 13 years spent as the Founder and overseeing the day to day operations of a Nationwide Mortgage Brokerage based in Irvine, California.  Over this period profitably grew the operation from 3 employees to 110 employees, while funding over $250 million annually in residential real estate loans.

Had significant involvement in shaping marketing efforts and creating strategic business relationships which allowed for the impressive growth of the Mortgage Brokerage Operation.
